Lily To and Paulina Bui on Designing Their Own Story

Lily To, director of global print, pattern & color for Lee, met Paulina Bui six years before Paulina became an associate designer at Kontoor. Mentoring came naturally for Lily: When she began her career in design, Lily remembers the lack of Asian representation in the workforce. Her own experiences influenced her determination to help Paulina navigate the apparel industry.
