Additionally, every year we plan a Global Volunteer Day, a global celebration of the communities our employees call home. We take the health, safety and well-being of those who make our products seriously and are committed to only working with supply chain partners who uphold our same standards. In addition to our policies and standards, we often work with contract supplier factories on opportunities to deploy programs in their surrounding communities.

Kontoor’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) bring our employees together across our brands and regions.
